These WOMENS clubs operate out of the Kitchener/Waterloo and surrounding area currently  for age groups 50+, 55+, 60+.

Workout/Practice/Play Sessions are the following...

These groups do not have any regular practice days or times, but if they do occur they would be at the Lincoln Road Church - 145 Lincoln Road, Waterloo. Typically these sessions would be on a Saturday between 10:00am to NOON. At this venue there may also other players or teams using the same location for game play.

These groups form teams from time to time to enter tournaments - several of which are listed in the 'TOURNAMENTS' section on this website.
