There are currently MENS and WOMENS (see Women's page) clubs that operate out of the London area for age groups 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+.

Workout/Practice/Play Sessions are the following...

Monday Afternoons - Co-Ed Play on 2 Courts. Location: Stronach Gym - 1221 Sandford St. London, ON. Time: 1:45pm to 3:45pm.

Thursday Nights - 1 Court Ladies, 1 Court Mens.  Location: Clarke Road Secondary School - 300 Clarke Rd. London, ON. Time: 6:30pm to 8:30pm

Friday Afternoons - 1 Court Ladies, 1 Court Mens.  Location: Stronach Gym - 1221 Sandford St. London, ON. Time: 1:45pm to 3:45pm.

NOTE: These Days and times are usually FULL each night and there is an extensive 'Spares List' for people to occasionally fill in.
